At Skydive Pharaohs, your safety is our number one priority.
We follow international skydiving standards and work only with highly experienced, certified instructors.

Experienced Team: All of our instructors are USPA (United States Parachute Association) certified, highly trained with over 5,000 jumps and a minimum of 5 years of experience, guiding you every step of the way.

POLICIES
1. Booking Policy
All bookings must be made in advance through our website, WhatsApp, or official social media platforms. A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your slot.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand plans change, so here’s how our policy works:

Refunds & Rescheduling

Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before your scheduled jump. A 3% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled jump are non-refundable.

No-shows are strictly non-refundable.

Rescheduling is free of charge if requested 7 days or more in advance.

If the cancellation is initiated by Skydive Pharaohs (due to weather or any other reason), you will receive a full refund.
3. Weather & Safety Policy
Skydiving is weather-dependent. If conditions are unsafe, jumps may be delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled. Safety is our top priority, and final decisions rest with the Chief Instructor.
4. Medical Requirements & Instructor Requests

All participants must be in good health and able to follow safety instructions.

If you have a medical condition such as heart disease, epilepsy, or recurrent shoulder dislocation, you must consult your doctor before booking.

Maximum weight limits: Men – 100 kg; Women – 91 kg.

Female instructor requests: Participants requesting a female instructor must weigh less than 80 kg. requests are subject to availability.
5. Age Requirements
You can skydive with us if you’re between 14 and 70+ years old, as long as you’re in good health.
6. Media Policy

Extra media packages are subject to availability. Please enquire via the website, social media, or WhatsApp.

Video files are delivered within 72 hours of your jump.

We do not share raw footage; only edited videos are provided.

Skydive Pharaohs may use photos and videos taken during jumps for promotional purposes. If you don’t want to appear on our social media, please let us know before your jump.

Commercial use restriction: Use of Skydive Pharaohs’ footage in any commercial advertisement by third parties is strictly prohibited without prior permission from Skydive Pharaohs.
7. Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a waiver acknowledging the inherent risks of skydiving before taking part in any activity.
