Cancellation & Refund Policy for Skydiving Media Package:

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your skydiving media package, you must notify us at least 48 hours before your scheduled skydiving experience. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for skydiving media packages will be considered under the following circumstances:
- Weather Conditions: In case of adverse weather conditions that prevent safe skydiving, we will reschedule your skydiving experience or provide a refund.

Refund Process: To request a refund, you must contact our customer service team with your booking details and reason for cancellation. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will depend on the timing of your cancellation:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled date will be eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date will not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Transferable: Skydiving media packages are non-transferable. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser.

Modification: We reserve the right to modify or amend our cancellation and refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or phone.
